Sales Representative

Job Summary: Our plant trading company is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our plants to customers, building relationships with new and existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our plants to new and existing customers
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the plant or horticulture industry preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move plant materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
