As a Digital Product Manager at Polaris, you’ll take ownership of advancing our digital capabilities in Service, Warranty, and Support to benefit our global dealer network. You’ll collaborate with business leaders to craft and execute a strategic product roadmap, delivering market-leading solutions that drive results. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy and product roadmap.
Deliver best-in-class digital solutions by gathering, synthesizing, and prioritizing dealer and business needs.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, and market feedback.
Drive rapid iteration and testing to achieve business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct competitive analyses to identify emerging trends and maintain industry leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service, warranty, and support, to ensure seamless execution.
Create and manage product budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation.
Write user stories, manage the product backlog, and lead Scrum teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Monitor product performance in the marketplace and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
10+ years of experience in IT/Business roles with increasing responsibility.
5+ years of experience building and executing technology roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.
Proven expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and enhancement.
Strong technical aptitude to evaluate requirements and collaborate with developers and analysts.
Experience in automotive or powersports dealer channel digital products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
Knowledge of scaling Scrum frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale or LeSS) is a plus.

The salary range for Minnesota is $120,000 to $158,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
