Senior Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the review of affiliates' corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
- Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
- Lead and advise on Treasury matters related to This Company's Affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures and Public Entities.
- Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
- Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments.
- Understand intra-group lending and tax organization.
- Possess applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.
- Exposed to Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to the This Company Management Committee.
