Treasures International is a globally recognized design and build firm with operations in Monaco, Qatar, the Netherlands, and Dubai. We specialize in delivering high-end luxury residential projects and are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Dubai team. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of design and build processes.
Develop and present 3D visualizations, mood boards, and detailed technical drawings.
Oversee FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications, ensuring alignment with the design vision.
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in creating architectural drawings in compliance with the rules and regulations of local authorities.
Lead the design process of luxury residential projects, from initial concept to final delivery, under the guidance of the Design Director.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster a collaborative team environment.
Evaluate fit-out materials and finishes, maintaining the highest quality standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships, with the guidelines of the Head of Design and Project Management departments, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

Key Qualifications

4-year degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture is mandatory.
10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in high-end residential projects in Dubai and 3 years in a senior role.
Strong architectural background with in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s local rules and regulations.
Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray rendering engines.
Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Extensive knowledge of FF&E brands and experience sourcing premium, bespoke items.
Comprehensive understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English is essential for communication with clients and project teams.
