Want More Al Khor and Al Thakhira منذ يومين Art Director Role We are seeking an experienced and creative Art Director to lead our visual projects in alignment with our brand and vision.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for advertising campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designers to create cohesive designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Lead and supervise a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or a similar role in an advertising or design agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
