Maintenance Manager

Supervises Technical Representatives and/or Line Maintenance Supervisor(s) as assigned. Coordinates personnel schedules to provide maintenance. Ensures the safe and efficient maintenance of buildings, in accordance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Responsible for managing, coordinating and providing oversight. Assigns, monitors and documents on-job training as required to ensure a proficient, trained and qualified workforce. Provides resources and technical support as necessary in cases of major mechanical and electrical problems.
