Diploma(Civil), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage civil construction activities at our site locations. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of civil construction processes in the Oil and Gas industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of civil construction workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to the site manager.
- Assist in planning and scheduling work activities.
- Provide training and guidance to workers as needed.
- Ensure that materials and equipment are used efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Willingness to be based at various site locations and travel as required.
