Job Summary Beautifi is seeking a Senior Analyst – Business Development Strategy to support the business development team with operational needs, as well as implementation of strategic initiatives. This role will report to the Director of Strategy, working closely with the VP of Business Development, the business development team and strategy team to implement innovative solutions and enhance daily operations. This position requires a strong self-starter with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical & organizational skills. - Conduct in-depth analysis of business development operations to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business development objectives
- Evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the business development team
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and go-to-market planning
- Develop KPIs to measure the success of business development team performance and strategies implemented
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the business development team
- Assist in the planning and execution of business development initiatives, ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time and within scope
- Support the implementation of new processes, programs and systems, ensuring smooth integrations with existing business development operations
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that drive strategic initiatives
- Develop and provide training materials for new programs and technology enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the Strategy team, the Business Development team, clients and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership effectively
- Experience in managing projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensuring timely execution
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
- An interest in technology with the ability to quickly learn new platforms or tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical capabilities and a love for data
- A proven self-starter that thrives in a start-up environment with minimal structure
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- In-office position based in Vancouver; must be willing to workin-office
- Ideal applicant will be based in Vancouver, BC
- Base Salary ($65,000 - $80,000) commensurate with experience
