Retail Area Manager Salary: £35,000 (inc. car allowance) Location: Cardiff (with regular travel across the South West) Are you an experienced Retail Manager looking for your next opportunity? What You’ll Do As a Retail Area Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire teams across the region to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement strategies to maximise sales, drive profitability, and enhance overall performance.
• Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in line with brand expectations.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and regional leaders to align with wider business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, delivering a safe and productive environment for teams and customers.
• Travel across the region to provide hands-on support and guidance, with occasional overnight stays required.
