Cardiac Surgical Representative / Customer Relationship Manager Vancouver, BC Are you passionate about advancing cardiac surgical care and building meaningful client relationships? Lock Search Group is proud to partner with a leader in the medical device industry to find a Cardiac Surgical Representative / Customer Relationship Manager for the Vancouver area. In this role, you’ll contribute to sales growth, provide technical support, and strengthen client relationships within an assigned territory. What you will be doing:
- Developing a comprehensive territory sales plan, including regular customer visits and strategic prospecting to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Managing existing customer accounts and acquiring new clients to expand the market share within the assigned territory under the guidance of the Manager.
- Providing technical training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of cardiac surgical products.
- Establishing strong relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and surgical teams to promote products and services effectively.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase the product portfolio and build brand awareness.
- Analyzing market trends and business feedback using available tools and providing regular reports to the Manager.
- Collaborating with internal teams and participating in special projects or initiatives as required to drive divisional goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Previous experience in a technical or customer support role within the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and hospital procurement processes.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a hospital setting.
- Familiarity with cardiac surgical products or the ability to quickly develop technical expertise in the field.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to analyze market data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
