We have 3 BRAND NEW Group Executive Officer opportunities, supporting our newly appointed Executive General Managers across our three key functional groups : City Administration - Strathpine base City Operations - Narangba base City Futures - Strathpine base Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the EGM, providing high-level executive and stakeholder engagement support. Manage the allocation of work to Executive Assistants and Senior Executive Support Officers to ensure high-level support to the EGM and senior leaders. Coordinate the Group’s operational and departmental planning, and assist in preparing and analyzing departmental budgets and operational plans. Liaise with Councillors, officers, community representatives, business groups, and State and Federal MP’s offices, maintaining confidentiality and exercising professional judgement. Qualifications and Experience : We are seeking someone with extensive experience in providing and managing high-level executive and business support in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate : Exceptional professional judgement, initiative, and confidentiality. Critical thinking, reasoning, evaluation, and decision-making skills.
