National Sales Specialist - Biomedical Services

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic National Sales Specialist (Excluding Quebec) to lead the growth of our Biomedical Services across Canada. This hybrid role offers a balanced mix of responsibilities, with approximately 40% of the time spent at our office in Waterloo, Ontario , and 60% dedicated to national travel to engage with clients and drive business development initiatives. Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for biomedical service offerings across the country.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential gaps in service offerings.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to align service delivery with customer expectations.
- Communicate client feedback and market demands to inform service development and improvement initiatives.
- Travel extensively across the country to visit clients, attend meetings, and conduct site evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the medical device, healthcare services, or biomedical engineering industries.
- Experience managing accounts at a national or regional level.
- Familiarity with biomedical services, including maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical devices.
- Familiarity with hospital equipment, patient monitoring systems, or other medical devices.
- Understanding of compliance standards in medical device servicing (e.G., ISO, FDA, Health Canada regulations).
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–75% of the time) to cover accounts nationwide.
- Valid driver’s license.
