PQA Engineer - 2 vacancies - Based in Senai, Johor

Job Overview: We are looking for a PQA Assistant Engineer & Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality and reliability by developing and implementing test plans, managing materials, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. You will also contribute to creating a productive working environment by supporting the construction and renovation of our new factory. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Test Plans: Create and execute test plans for DVT, MPQ, ORT, trial runs, and 3rd party testing.
• Ensure Material Availability: Manage and provide materials required for testing, including ORT, MPQ, and DVT.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all testing processes and materials meet customer and internal standards.
• Guide Inspectors: Train and guide inspectors on ORT test standards.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with customers and internal teams to review and implement test plans.
