Job Title Senior Business Development Job Summary As the Senior Business Development , you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships. Youll take ownership of identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals while leading initiatives that support the long-term vision of NOK HC. Job Responsibilities · Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. · Cold & Email Calling: Reaching out to generated prospects to offer the companys services. · Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries. · Client Engagement: Develop tailored proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals. · Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide actionable insights to inform business strategies. · Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Marketing, Operations) to align business development efforts with organizational goals. Key Requirements · Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). · 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, SMB, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in recruitment, consulting, or a related industry. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth. · Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. · Strong network and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. · High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
