Vacancy: Warehouse Operative Reporting to: Warehouse Manager Location: The Warehouse, Vision Ireland Retail, M7 Purpose of the job: Responsible for the processing of donations for resale in Vision Ireland's network of Charity Shops nationwide. Key Duties:

• Sort and grade textile/clothing items by separating into predetermined classifications (e.g., men's, women's, children's, and other textiles) and into quality levels (retail store grade, outlet grade, or salvage) and sort and grade household wares.
• Help with the loading and unloading of vans during busy periods. Adhere to safe work practices at all times and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment.
• Assist with the in-house training of new Warehouse employees when necessary.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with duties around warehouse 1 & 2 during busy periods.
• Achieve relevant KPI goals that are assigned by the warehouse manager.
• Follow Vision Ireland Retail policies and procedures.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
