Principal Engineer (Product Engineering)

Role Summary: You are responsible for supporting and contributing to driving best-in-class yield and defectivity performance. Key Responsibilities: New/mass production yield analysis and improvement Product yield abnormalities systematic analysis and solutioning Work with modules, Integration & QRA, etc., to solve product technical issues Product yield target goal setting and forecast Participate in new process development and production ramp Product yield improvement and related customer request support Wafer return electrical and physical failure analysis Education Qualification & Essential Experiences: Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Material Engineering or Physics Science Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in modules/Process Integration/Product Engineering is a plus Possess strong analytical skills, with usage experience in ACEXP / JMP / Minitab Personal Attributes: May need to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently Proficient in effectively conveying information through both written and verbal communication VSMC promotes diversity and inclusivity in our workforce; hiring will be conducted in phases. #J-18808-Ljbffr
