Job Description:

My client is a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services, dedicated to helping the world's leading companies build stronger businesses. In this role, you will need to be objective and be willing to review sensitive content following policy guidelines. Main responsibilities:

• Moderate content to ensure accurate and precise decisions are applied.
• Gain a full understanding and in-depth knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
• Review user-generated content and editorial-generated content including but not limited to text, images, audios, and videos.
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise sensitive text/videos/images.
• Identify improvement opportunities and solutions to problems.
• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner.
• Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.

What we are looking for:

• Fluency in the desired language Dutch .
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
