Business Manager (Supply Chain Solutions) Apply locations: Singapore, Singapore Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted 9 Days Ago Job requisition id: req18744 Responsibilities Develops and implements strategies to grow the Company's business and market share for both the existing and potential customers in our Supply Chain Solutions business. Analyze business performance against budget and goals. Responsible for studying competition, identifying potential customers, overseeing product development, monitoring industry trends, maximizing profits and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify target accounts and work with Management to achieve specific goals for closing new business. Prepare quotations and review customer enquiries/needs such that the Company is capable of meeting the requirements. Work closely with Customer Service Group, keeping them apprised of customer needs and any deviations. Respond to customer complaints and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented and verified. Record material vendor problems and coordinate corrective plans. Assist in reviewing stock status to support customer demand. Material purchasing and evaluate new material vendors. Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience with strong marketing and sales skills in Logistics, warehousing, and supply chain. Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills. Good personality and excellent communication skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to make judgment decisions and adapt to changing work situations. A comprehensive understanding of market trends, Company strategies, bookkeeping, and market development. Supervising and delegating work to subordinates and ability to evaluate their performance.
