Job Description - SR Team Manager - Cooling (00999U) The Field Services Representative Team Manager is responsible for ensuring services are delivered to customers on time, with the highest quality standards, and within the defined budget. Throughout the activity, the FSR Team Manager is accountable for ensuring the full safety of employees, maintaining a strong focus on creating a safe execution environment. As a manager, he must ensure the availability and renewal of competencies within his team, work capacity, and people development.

Safety & Cyber Security

  1. Foster a “Safety First” culture among the team by leading by example, deploying all safety policies and procedures, and conducting required safety audits. Ensure that every mission is delivered in perfect safe conditions and request adjustments from the customer if needed.
  2. Ensure team cyber security is fully compliant and report any incidents.

Execution

  1. Manage the planning and coordination of interventions.
  2. Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and FSR SE signature (branding, technical level, communication, promote digital services offers).
  3. Responsible for quality, repair FSB implementation, and warranty customer support.
  4. Ensure compliance with the “Issue to Prevention” process for supply chain and quality issues detected in the field.
  5. Ensure that each FSR complies with all administrative processes: timesheet adherence, Field Services Reporting, overtime, and travel time control.
  6. Foster FSR business generation capabilities by promoting their activity of business opportunity detection (FSR lead generation, install base tracking) while in the field.
  7. Ensure full adoption and utilization of digital tools (Servicesmax Go, onsite, clocking, Tipi).
  8. Deploy the Annual Execution Plan and FS lean initiatives to support country services P&L performance.

Management

  1. Implement a relevant management system to ensure perfect collaboration and team dynamics.
  2. Track and implement an ambitious people engagement action plan to ensure the highest employee satisfaction at work and a psychologically safe working environment.
  3. Ensure long-term competency availability within the team and anticipate competency evolution leveraging dedicated tools and processes (FSR competency mapping, competency review).
  4. Manage headcount through dynamic sourcing and attrition plans to ensure appropriate work capability within the team.

Qualifications

  1. Certified on most of SE Cooling Install Base (Chillers, Fan Wall Units, CRAC), preferred L4 level.
  2. Ability to upskill and transfer knowledge to other team members.
  3. Language: Fluent speaking in both English & Arabic.
  4. Preferred knowledge/experience on Uptime Certification.
