Purpose of the Role: This is a pivotal position as the Finance Team scales, as our Finance Manager, you will help drive the growth of Plenitude by leading the production of key financial and management reporting globally. In addition, you will ensure statutory and tax compliance across all entities. You will build and manage the finance team, identify, and implement efficiencies, and continually review and improve the control environment. You will support the CFO in driving the financial performance of the company by providing timely and accurate reporting. Plenitude is growing and as such we require an ambitious, highly motivated individual to help us maintain financial control and insight through this period. The purpose and responsibilities of this role will likely evolve over time. Experience:
- 4+ years post-qualified experience, to include experience leading the end-to-end process of producing management accounts
- Proven expertise in accounting and providing management control information in project-based industries, e.g. consulting, advertising, legal or other project-based service businesses
- Experience leading a team, ability to partner with, and influence senior leadership
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized company environment with a multinational footprint of operations
- Experience putting together complex financial information, analyzing, and summarizing key trends and results
- Experience working with multi-currency revenues and costs. Comfortable with foreign currency consolidation preparation and analysis
- Flexible – able to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
