Head of Finance - Healthcare provider

My client are an independent provider of healthcare and are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to support them on a full time basis. My client are growing and will be opening new premises in 2025 and they would like someone on board in the next 3-6 months. Personality is going to be so important with this role. The ideal candidate would need to be dynamic and be able to move at pace. It wouldn't be suitable for someone that has under 5 years of finance leadership or without experience in hospitals or healthcare. Qualifications

• Very strong experience in healthcare
• Fully qualified accountant
• Relationship management, especially with consultants and insurers
• Leadership of a team, including outsourced functions
• Analytical in understanding opportunities and monitoring and managing KPI's

I am looking to speak to a driven and ambitious finance professional, the ideal candidate would be someone who can hit the ground running and be confident in playing a part in growth of a business. The role will be mostly based in London, with 5 days on site. Potential flexibility further down the line Salary - Competitive. DOE
