Job Description: The role We have an opportunity as a Regional Manager with our Hunter / Northern NSW Team. How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Drive growth and elite business, work, and wellness performance. Continue Work Focus’ journey towards being the biggest and best wellness and work provider in NSW. Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance to meet state benchmarks. Foster our employer-of-choice environment to ensure individuals are meeting professional development and career goals. Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation. Embed a culture that always maintains a customer focus. Create and nurture strong outcome-driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will be reporting to the Area Manager of NSW. Qualifications: What you’ll bring to the role Tertiary Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant accreditation. Highly suited to: An experienced Team Leader, Injury Management Specialist, or Account Manager looking to take a step up into a Regional Manager role.
