Technical Project Manager

A Technical Project Manager to lead the projects from conceptual design through implementation with outstanding managerial & client handling skills. You will be expected to demonstrate out of the box managerial ability to motivate, build, and monitor cross regional teams. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a well-known institute
• 8+ years overall professional experience in the software industry
• 4+ years of experience in hands-on software development in .Net OR LLMs
• 3+ years of management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in a product development environment is preferred

• Manage and monitor the project and prepare staffing plans
• Communicate with clients to understand and groom requirements and provide the status
• Keep senior management updated with status and risks mitigation/management
• Help the team to provide realistic work estimates
• Help the team in technical decisions and technical challenges
• Resolve routine project issues during project execution
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
• Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
• Responsible for technical growth of your development team
