Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our HR team. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing various HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
   1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
   2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
   3. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure a seamless induction process.
2. Employee Engagement and Welfare:
   1. Organize and manage employee engagement programs and events.
   2. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
   3. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Performance Management:
   1. Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
   2. Work closely with managers to address employee performance issues.
4. HR Compliance and Policies:
   1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
   2. Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
5. Training and Development:
   1. Identify training needs and collaborate with trainers to deliver impactful programs.
   2. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
