Job Title : Senior UX Designer Experience : 5–7 Years Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in UX methodologies, including user research, experience design, and strategic problem-solving. You will lead projects, mentor team members, and play a pivotal role in creating user-centered designs that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : 1. User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analytics.
• Analyze user behavior, pain points, and feedback to drive informed design decisions.

• Contribute to the overall UX strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experiences and advocate for user-centric design.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create responsive designs optimized for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and UX best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Present UX strategies and solutions clearly and confidently to stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior designers to foster a culture of growth and innovation.

• Lead usability testing sessions, capturing insights to refine designs.
• Continuously improve designs based on user and business feedback.

• Lead client discussions and effectively present strategies and solutions.
• Manage large-scale projects and ensure timely, seamless execution.
• Collaborate across teams to handle increasing workloads and meet tight deadlines.
• Actively contribute to new business pitches and strategic planning.

• 5–7 years of experience in UX, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX methodologies and outcomes.
• Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX research methods, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals to deliver impactful designs.
