The Role: Administer and maintain the day-to-day operations of the servers & networking system. Organise, install and support the organisation's computer systems including LAN, WAN, network segments, and intranet. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuity of services. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT infrastructure. Provide IT support to end users. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field with at least 1 year of working experience in IT. Applications with a Diploma in Computer Science or any related field with at least 5 years of working experience in IT may also be considered. Knowledge of networking protocols and services such as MS Azure. Familiarity with other operating systems such as Linux. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware. Certifications in the above knowledge will be an added advantage. Good analytical problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to providing solutions. Competent at documenting standard/application operating procedures, processes, and work instructions. Good communication skills and a team player.
