We are hiring for our office locations in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Gurgaon and are open to applicants from all over India Job Description- Play an active individual contributor role in influencing the top line of the company by supporting to generate healthy sales pipeline. The candidate is customer focused, revenue focused, self-driven and collaborate with different stakeholders in the company to drive sales outcomes. The candidate needs to demonstrate technical expertise in cloud technology (Azure, GCP, AWS) and Data Engineering skills. The candidate should be able to go over and above Data Engineering skills and be able to contribute to discussions around AI/ML and Gen AI. Roles & Responsibilities You Will-

  • Work with different teams within Tredence to drive the Technology sales strategy. Different teams include Alliances, Lead Generation, Technology Practice and leadership from different verticals.
  • Work directly with the Technology leadership in determining the right “Go to Market” strategy and help refine our offerings
  • Become nodal person to manage all sales & pre-sales artefacts
  • Work with the leadership in determining the right win themes, help / support needed from different services areas within Tredence to convert an opportunity
  • Design, develop and deliver sales presentations with guidance from practice teams and vertical teams
  • Lead client conversations in introducing our core capabilities and make them relevant to the client’s problem statement
  • Look for opportunities based on changing market conditions through own research and collaboration with the market facing leadership at Tredence
  • Manage sales & pre-sales input and output metrics in close collaboration with practice & vertical leadership
  • Significantly contribute towards delivering compelling responses to RFPs
  • Working experience in one or combination of the clouds (Azure, GCP, AWS) and should have deep expertise in either Databricks or Snowflake or GCP Data Engineering stack
  • Work with COE teams to provide inputs on accelerators to be built and be able to demonstrate existing accelerate to the client as part of pre-sales deal
You Have:
  • Total minimum relevant experience of about 5+ years in Consulting or Product development ecosystem
  • Minimum 2 years of software sales either in Products or Services
  • Good understanding / familiarity of data and analytics tools and technologies
  • Expertise in one of the clouds (Azure and GCP preferred)
  • Expertise in Databricks or Snowflake or BigQuery and Dataproc
  • Strong work ethic and can prioritize what is important based on value from the day to day demands to the strategic goals
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across the internal organization
  • Good storyboarding skills to deliver compelling business presentations
  • Ability to ask right questions, think on feet and strike balanced conversation with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of AI/ML and Gen AI based solutions.
  • Able to estimate project effort, cost, build in the right scoping, assumptions and align with the delivery teams
