Architectural Technologist - Design-led Studio - Dublin

The Role: Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to add a strong Architectural Technologist to its ranks. The successful candidate may be involved in a number of projects at various stages, and having site-based experience in the delivery of projects is needed. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with projects from inception through to Construction stages and will have up-to-date Revit skills as this Practice is fully-Revit. Required Background:

• A relevant degree in Architectural Technology or similar
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the industry
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines
• Revit experience is a must
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations
• Prior experience in contributing to projects from inception through to Site is highly beneficial.
• Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Self-Driven and willingness to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic.
