Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+yrs Notice period : 15- 30 days Job Summary: The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations at the Tiruvallur factory, ensuring efficient management of accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. The role is critical to maintaining financial health and supporting strategic decisions for factory operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and tax filings. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations. - Develop and monitor factory budgets, forecasting expenses, and managing cash flow. - Perform cost analysis for factory operations, highlighting opportunities for cost reduction. - Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audits and accurate tax filings. - Maintain financial documentation and implement process improvements. - Collaborate with the operations team to analyze production costs and margins. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting - 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing setup. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, and financial compliance. - Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in financial forecasting and cost analysis for industrial operations. - Knowledge of tax and compliance requirements in the battery/energy sector.
