Job Description Identify and articulate any revenue opportunities and issues affecting RevPAR index for Capri by Fraser China Square Singapore. Provide actionable solutions promptly. Provide reports and market intelligence through close monitoring of competitors' performance, strategies, and pricing structures to Revenue to assist in creating detailed forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyse Communications distribution channel performance to identify revenue opportunities, ensuring full optimisation of public channels, GDS, OTAs, and other channels. Support Sales & Reservation Department in analysing the demand forecast for the property and participate in producing an accurate financial forecast for the property on a regular basis. Support management by implementing and enforcing revenue management and pricing strategy. Assist the Reservations Manager and Channel Distribution in managing the operations of the Reservations department including analysing inventory, room rates, and occupancy levels across all distribution channels to maximize hotel profitability. Support various stakeholders in assessing demand based on market conditions, providing market insights, and monitoring pricing strategy to yield, manage occupancy, and Average Daily Rate (ADR) daily to maximize profitability. Develop and analyse marketing trends and statistics, including supporting the senior management team in yearly budgeting and P&L forecasting. Monitor and analyse market and competitor trends and key performance metrics to recommend changes in revenue strategies. Work closely with the Sales team to develop strategic programs to maximize the hotel's profitability. Recommend rates and availability controls for different channels of distribution and perform regular audits on all distribution channels to ensure they are loaded and updated. Perform related ad-hoc duties as required. Job Requirements Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or relevant field. Possess some knowledge of Revenue Management Software and Channel Management tools and must have a strong background in quantitative and critical thinking, and data analysis. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team. Be meticulous, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way. #J-18808-Ljbffr
