Senior Lean Engineer (Operational Excellence / Logistics) #AKT Responsibilities: Lead and support improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other methodologies. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives to ensure sustained success Analyze and optimize operations processes and workflows using CI tools, including but not limited to Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Gemba. Implement strategies to enhance operations efficiency, reduce cost and improve on quality Implement Global Operations Standards across all operations, ensuring adherence to standards (E.g. 5S, Labour Management, CI, Process Management). Capture and share best practices using knowledge management techniques. Lead projects aimed at improving operations/ labour efficiency, cost reduction and quality. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, in scope with intended outcomes Develop and maintain dashboards on KPIs for Ops Excellence. Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management, with insights to influence key Ops Excellence decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field Certified Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green Belt is an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations excellence, continuous improvement or process optimization within logistics supply chain, or manufacturing industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
