Regional Marketing Director, Foodservice Channels (Dairy) Description Our client, a global leader in dairy solutions, is seeking an experienced and visionary marketing leader to spearhead its Foodservice business across Asia. Based in Singapore, this strategic role will drive growth in key markets, including China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore, leveraging an innovative, value-added portfolio to deliver sustainable and impactful results. Responsibilities The Regional Marketing Director will be responsible for developing regional strategies and overseeing local execution across the diverse and dynamic Asia region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on, given that local marketing teams may be at varying levels of maturity. While autonomous in Asia, the role is deeply integrated with global headquarters and other regional teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring approaches to meet local market needs. In this capacity, the Regional Marketing Director will lead the charge in defining and executing strategies to grow the Foodservice business through channels such as QSR, Horeca, and Bakery. Success in this role will demand navigating the complexity of the foodservice landscape, from understanding wholesaler and distributor networks to managing key accounts with large-scale operators. A deep understanding of data and the ability to derive actionable insights will be essential for crafting effective strategies that resonate with customers and deliver measurable results. Leadership is a cornerstone of this role. The Regional Marketing Director will lead an extended team of 15–25 marketing professionals and culinary experts spread across Asia, representing diverse markets and cultures. Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to foster collaboration across geographies are critical for building a high-performing, cohesive team. Requirements The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of marketing experience in the Foodservice sector, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing. Expertise in navigating the nuances of Foodservice is essential, as this role requires familiarity with customer funnels, from distributors to end customers, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution. Prior experience bridging regional strategies with local execution is critical, as is a proven ability to manage both the big picture and the day-to-day details.
