Director of Cloud Business Development

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Business Development Director to drive business growth, establish strong customer relationships, and promote our cloud products and solutions in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, sales, and business development, with a proven track record of success in complex project management and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Building and Business Expansion Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in Singapore Identify business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships Provide exceptional customer service and support Product and Technological Value Delivery Communicate the value proposition of our cloud products and solutions to customers Provide technical expertise and support to customers Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions Decision-Making Promotion and Business Opportunity Conversion Drive business decisions and conversions through effective communication and negotiation Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience Business Support Provide full lifecycle support to customers, from project initiation to delivery Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction Requirements: 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, sales, and business development Proven track record of success in complex project management and cross-functional collaboration Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with key customers and decision-makers in Singapore Strong network and connections in the Singapore market Experience with cloud computing platforms and technologies Certification in cloud computing or related fields #J-18808-Ljbffr
