Add expected salary to your profile for insights This position will work in customer office and closely collaborate with APAC regional team, country IT teams, business users, and stakeholders in Luxury Retail Brand . Responsibilities: Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware; Investigate and troubleshoot incidents, ensuring hardware/software/server/infrastructure availability during daily operations; Communicate and coordinate with users to ensure minimal service disruption in following up ‘Open’ tickets; Collaborate with different parties to ensure IT issues are addressed according to SLA; Proper documentation/SOPs are required to formalize/develop and share with other teammates across the South Asia region. Requirements: Min. 2 years of work experience; Able to communicate in English, for speaking/listening/reading/writing; Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is highly preferred; Hands-on experience in end-user support; Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks; Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision; Good communication & interpersonal skills; Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
