DESCRIPTION

If you are a supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast-paced growing environment, you might be a good fit to join KSA S&OP team. The S&OP team acts as a bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless business planning and execution during peak and off-peak periods while maximizing customer/seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along with an ability to drive data-driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory management. Location: Riyadh, Jeddah Key job responsibilities:

Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize customer/seller experience.
Support the business growth in constrained environments with frugal and innovative solutions.
Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
Rollout best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

A day in the life: This role will be a bridge between business and operations. A day in the life will include coordinating with the labor management team to ensure operations are able to deliver the business plans during peak and off-peak. Stakeholders would include capacity planning, inbound, outbound, marketing, payment team, business, and many more. Hence, time management, stakeholder management, and tailoring the same message differently with respect to the audience are all essential keys to success in this role. Every month is different, which makes it interesting to manage and plan. Essentially, forecast accuracy is the main priority, and being innovative in the input that drives the assumption and outcome is something we take pride in as this is the heart of the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of program or project management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology. – Experience in MS Access and SQL. – Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
