Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Address guest inquiries and handle special requests professionally. Maintain a clean and organized reception and dining area. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence. Qualifications: Proven experience as a hostess in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Presentable, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
