Responsibilities Develop and implement sales budgets, plans, and campaigns for equipment sales, ensuring efficient use of resources and streamlined processes. Oversee the operational activities of the sales team within the assigned geography, product line, or market segment. Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with both existing and strategic new customers. Collaborate with dealers in assigned countries to drive sales growth, enhance market share, and maintain profitable margins. Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets, monitor performance metrics, and address issues by adjusting strategies or reallocating resources to optimize team performance. Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business or Engineering. 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial equipment industry. Strong customer relationship management skills.
