An Office Assistant is a professional who oversees clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. They keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure that the workplace is neat and clean for visitors or clients. REQUIREMENTS Blue Collection Real Estate is looking for competent & experienced Russian-speaking Admin Officer to provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company. Blue Collection Real Estate is a specialty real estate brokerage committed to curating and growing the biggest collection of premier properties in the United Arab Emirates, positioning the brand as the brokerage agency of choice for luxury waterfront real estate investments. The company offers property sales, property leasing and investment advisory to broad selection of properties in the Emirates, from apartments with gleaming waterfront views to luxury penthouses and mansions. -----------------------------------------------Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications: Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new techniques. Monitoring every department. Able to write reports and presentations Good interpersonal skills Ability to work with staff across multiple departments Problem Solving Passionate and Active mind. Ability to work with CIS team or Russian speaking team Education and Experience Requirements 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft office, CRM and converting files to different formats.
