Job Duty Job Description
• Perform market analysis, identify market trend and customer need
• Conduct product survey and suggest action plan for on-going product development
• Review and develop product servicing logistics for enhancing customer experience
• Assist in product training and provide support on Quality Assurance functions
• Ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirement
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or related fields
• Familiar with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table, etc preferable)
• Embrace working with fun, enthusiastic people
• Love the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech start-up
• Self-disciplined, able to work and learn independently, and strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
