The opportunity We are currently hiring painters and crew managers for the spring and summer of 2025. These full-time positions provide a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience. No prior painting experience is required, our comprehensive training equips all team members with the tools and knowledge to ensure success. • Leadership of a crew of 2-3 individuals.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites. (You do not need a car, although having one is a benefit.)
• Availability to work full-time from April to August 2025 .
• Physical ability to move ladders and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Desire to work outdoors and comfortable at heights.

• Potential pay of up to $25/hour , depending on performance.
