About the Role | Mō te Tūranga We’re on an exciting journey to transform our digital experience for customers, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. Our Senior Product Managers are empowered to solve hard problems and are accountable for driving results. We’re looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and is comfortable navigating complexity and risk. This role sits within our Plan & Shop domain, which is part of the broader Digital Customer Experience Tribe. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and delivering the product strategy for Woolworths NZ’s future ecommerce website experience.
- Driving delivery of exceptional experiences that deliver value to both our customers and our business.
- Ensuring that what gets built is both valuable and viable.
- Partnering with other product teams to ensure experience and technical alignment.
- Using data and insights to make informed decisions and influence others to achieve the best outcomes for our business and customers.
- Deeply understanding the business and competitive landscape and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- 10+ years experience leading product strategies for digital-driven products, specifically ecommerce websites.
- Experience in leading delivery of large and complex digital products.
- Strong communication skills to articulate the product vision and ambition.
- Ability to build product value through agile experimentation and iteration.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative way.
- Ability to find solutions to hard problems and use sound judgement to evaluate risks.
- Confident coaching skills to help others embed great product practices.
- Genuine flexibility in how and where you work.
