To be successful in the role This is a position in a high-paced, high-turnover environment. To be considered for this role you will ideally have:

• Retail experience in a management position
• Proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service
• An unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team
• Confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment
• Strength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor sales
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly
• Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable
