Senior Holiday Consultant (For USA Clients)

Requirement : - Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handling holiday package inquiries to conclusions from online channels.
2. Converting enquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages.
3. To do tele sales on holiday packages.
4. Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company’s brochures & destinations.
5. To promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.
6. To comply with Holidays division regulations while constructing the package.
7. To use only company approved suppliers/vendors.

1. Proven experience as a travel consultant or holiday planner, with a strong background in managing high-end travel arrangements for clients in the USA.
2. In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, trends, and the travel industry.
3. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to accommodate clients' needs and schedules, including occasional out-of-hours work.

1. Relevant certifications or qualifications in travel and tourism.
2. Experience working with luxury or bespoke travel services.
3. Multilingual skills are a plus.

1. Salary : PKR50000 - PKR80000 Plus Commission
