• Managing and troubleshooting network components, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Assist in ensuring network security measures are implemented and maintained.
• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining virtual machines (VMs). Participate in monitoring VM performance and ensuring their security and availability.
• Implementing and managing to ensuring the security and integrity of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Managing and work on Azure-related projects, gaining hands-on experience within Azure environments.
• Administering servers, including operating systems, applications, and ensuring systems are updated, configured, and secured.
• Provide technical support and assistance to resolve infrastructure-related issues and contribute to seamless operations.
• Documenting infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies. Generate reports as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure-related role with a focus on network principles, VMs, Microsoft 365 security, or Azure.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with network components, virtualization, Microsoft 365 services, and Azure environments.
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices within these specific domains.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and develop skills in the mentioned areas.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
