Job Title: Team Lead (TL)

We are seeking an experienced Call Center / Telemarketing Team Lead to manage a team and deal with clients, fully understanding the business operations. Estimated Salary: PKR 200,000 - 300,000 per month, depending on skill-set and experience

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of call center representatives
• Maintaining excellent customer care skills
• Managing daily tasks and goals
• Providing guidance and support to team members
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude and behavior
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• IT and Services industry knowledge is preferred
