Role - Sales Executive Location: Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/ Pune Sales Executive’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business and net new customers in India. The Sales Executive brings a point of view to the customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate MuleSoft service offerings from invenioLSI. Responsibilities
- Sell MuleSoft consulting / managed services and MuleSoft software resell.
- Account and Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Software License, and Cloud Subscription Revenue.
- Annual Revenue - Achieve/exceed quota targets.
- Sales strategies - Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through the organization.
- Trusted advisor - Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise). Builds a foundation to harvest future business opportunities and accurate account information and coaching.
- Customer Acumen - Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.
- Drive Pipeline development through a combination of customer engagements, marketing campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Lead and drive presentations to customers.
- Work with bid management teams on proposals.
- Territory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Encourage all accounts to become MuleSoft references.
- Business Planning – Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points. Utilize VE, benchmarking, and ROI data to support the customer’s decision process
- 5+ years of software or services sales experience.
- Proven/demonstrable experience in selling enterprise software of SaaS solutions, ideally business applications from Salesforce/MuleSoft in net new names and new business.
- Successful history of net new business sales (direct), with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
- Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships internally and with the customer.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team spirit, leadership skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with large or upper-mid-market Value-added resellers for MuleSoft in India is preferred.
