IT Support Field Engineer

Job Description: Perform preventive maintenance of production equipment. Report in writing for maintenance carried out. Provide support for network, security, server, UPS, and mission-critical systems. Perform other job responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in supporting network, security, server, UPS, and mission-critical systems with a stringent SLA of 99.9%. Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude. Good listening and analytical skills. Hardworking, outgoing, and enthusiastic. Positive working attitude. Team player and able to work independently with little supervision. Able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Able to understand system and architecture diagrams.
