Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects using best practices, techniques, and standards. Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle. Identify areas for improvement for all projects. Requirements Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science. 5 years of project manager experience. Developer experience. Project Management and Software Development experiences. Independent and Team Leader. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Experience in handling Government projects will be a bonus. Ability to manage complex projects and maintain positive working morale in challenging situations. Good at business requirement analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills.
