About You More than 15 years of experience in life insurance centered around data platforms. Understanding of data in life insurance systems: Policy Admin, Claims, Reinsurance and others. Understanding of life insurance data models and domains: Policy, Customer, Fund, Document and others. Understanding of work involved in delivering a data platform: Source system analysis, Data profiling, Creating source to target mapping and others. High level understanding of technology data platform components: Ingestion, Metadata driven pipeline, DQ service Gold, silver, bronze layer and others. Results oriented and self-starter. Superior attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good analytical and communication skills. Strong work ethics. Committed and responsible.
