Sales & Analytics Director (West / F&B/ Retail/ Up $13K)

Your Role We are looking for an experienced Sales & Analytics Director/ Head of Sales Analytics (F&B/ Retail) to execute the company’s sales strategy to drive growth & achieve revenue targets. You will analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management. You will manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum performance. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the team. You will also provide market expansion feedback to guide product development and improvements. What Will You Do Execute the company’s sales strategy to drive growth & achieve revenue targets. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management. Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to the team. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on business goals. Provide market expansion feedback to guide product development and improvements. What Do We Want Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent qualification. Minimum 8 years of senior sales role, preferably within the F&B/ Retail industry. Experience in analyzing sales data and preparing management reports. Proven leadership in managing and driving multiple teams. Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing successful sales teams. Excellent understanding of financial principles, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
